April Farm Babies

2022 farm animal babies so far

It's the end of April 2022 and despite the cold spring new animal babies have arrived and are still arriving! Two angora goat kids, three lambs, about 24 chicks from the incubator, a dozen pekin ducks by mail and more to come -- lambs and hopefully Pilgrim geese. We are again blessed by nature's bounty.

This is a photo of Alaska and her new ram lamb born yesterday (4/28) at 6:00pm weighing in at 15.5 pounds! Alaska is one of our older ewes and a real sweetheart but with a mind of her own. Thanks Alaska!
